Our very own Steven Bardouche will share his experiences with drafting Great Lakes Higher Education Loan Services Information Governance program. He will expand on his Forum question:
"So now you’ve gotten traction and executive sponsorship and are well on your way to advancing your initiatives. As practitioners, how are you defining and measuring success?"
ARMA-Madison President Lori Ashley and VP of Programs, Tammy Goss, will help facilitate this member-driven round table discussion.
Biography:
Steven Bardouche is an Information Governance practitioner at Great Lakes Higher Education Loan Services here in Madison. In his current role as IG Practice Manager, his focus has been to establish a corporate Information Governance Program with concentrations toward further developing records management and eDiscovery practices.
He has an MBA from Edgewood College, CRM (Certified Records Manager) designation from ICRM, and is making progress toward obtaining his CEDS (Certified e-Discovery Specialist) designation from ACEDS.
Steven has established the Information Governance Executive Steering Committee, developed and published his organization’s first corporate Information Governance and Document Preservation policies, developed the strategy and is leading implementing the first global record retention schedule (RRS), and continues to make efforts toward growing the IG program and influencing cultural change.
